These spa rooms are suitable for estheticians, massage therapists, stretch therapists, lash artists, permanent makeup artists, and health/wellness practitioners.

The rooms are NOT suitable for hair stylists or nail technicians.

Currently all rooms are rented through June 2027.

About the space:

Here you can enjoy a premium location, quiet workspace with vintage charm, and a classic, neutral palette to the decor, all for a more affordable monthly rate than conglomerate salon suites.

Each room is 11’x12’ and located on the second floor. There is a shared powder room and common waiting area. There is no in-room sink; the sink is located in the powder room just a few steps away. These private rooms are unfurnished and awaiting your personal design (above photo is shown as furnished for inspiration). There is no on-site laundry.

The building is older but well-maintained and has a very desirable location near downtown St. Charles, directly across from the new Whole Foods Market. There is a small, private parking lot for customers, as well.

The lease term is one year. Tenant pays their own WiFi. Each room is rented individually; shared occupancy is not authorized.

Though these rooms may lack some amenities, the monthly rent is more affordable, in turn reducing your expenses and allowing a greater profit margin in your business.
